Making your reservation and payments is easy. We prefer our guests, after confirming with us their desired dates are available, pay the security deposit online through this page. We will then e-mail you an invoice and a link to make an online payment for the balance due. The rental fee is not due until 30 days prior to arrival.

CONTACT US FIRST ! Please do not pay the security deposit on this page until you have contacted us via E-MAIL or phone and we have confirmed your desired dates are available.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL DUE FOR AN X-NIGHT STAY?

Rate is $100 per night/$650 per week, plus a $65 cleaning fee and 10% tax (on the rental fee only). Remember to add the $200 refundable security deposit. Note that rates may be higher during holidays and October.

WHAT DO I PAY WHEN?

Security Deposit.   You must pay the $200 security deposit to reserve your desired dates. 

IMPORTANT: Your deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days before arrival. Once you have paid in full, your deposit will be credited to your credit card a few days after your departure (unless there is damage).  Your deposit is forfeited if you do not timely cancel, fail to show or fail to timely pay the balance due and other arrangements have not been made with us.

• If you are arriving more than 40 days from  today you need only make the security deposit payment now. You pay the rental fee and balance due online later, 30 days prior to arrival.
• If you are arriving within the next 40 days, contact us to e-mail you an invoice and payment link to make only one payment OR pay the security deposit and we will send you another payment link for the balance.

Rent/Balance Due. The rental fee, sales tax and cleaning fee (as itemized below) are not due until 30 days prior to arrival.  Your invoice will show the due date and we will send you a reminder and payment link about a week before the due date.

Upon receipt of all monies due, we will send you all necessary guest information, including key access and directions. 

DO I GET A RECEIPT OR INVOICE? 

PayPal will send you receipts for your payment via e-mail.
Upon payment of the deposit, we will confirm receipt. We we will e-mail you an invoice and rental terms and conditions before the rent is due.

Payment to Rushing Waters Cabin will be deemed acceptance of the Rental Terms and Conditions.
